Client Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned PAC and advocacy technology clients
• Oversee all post-sale activities and manage client projects to ensure timely delivery within budget
• Provide strategic guidance and counsel on PAC/advocacy best practices to achieve legislative and communication goals
• Act as project manager for the setup, launch, and training of client software suites
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Document and test custom technical product requirements
• Monitor customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve product or business issues
• Write newsletters, calls to action, or web content for clients as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS in political science, communications, business, international affairs, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Proven track record in customer relationship management
• Proficiency in project management and web-based applications
• Basic HTML knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft software suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General knowledge of the legislative process and an interest in politics
