About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute key business functions within the Order Management department, including order processing and maintenance
- Provide call center support and handle client shared mailboxes
- Manage returns processing, including RGA requests and resolving return credits
- Investigate overages, shortages, and damages within applicable systems
- Monitor emails and respond to client and customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with other departments on client resolutions and special projects
- Maintain applicable client work instructions and support continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 3-4 years of customer service experience
- Any Graduate degree
- Willingness to work from the Pune office (Koregaon Park)
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Background in Finance
