About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute key business functions within the Order Management department, including order processing and maintenance
  • Provide call center support and handle client shared mailboxes
  • Manage returns processing, including RGA requests and resolving return credits
  • Investigate overages, shortages, and damages within applicable systems
  • Monitor emails and respond to client and customer inquiries promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments on client resolutions and special projects
  • Maintain applicable client work instructions and support continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of customer service experience
  • Any Graduate degree
  • Willingness to work from the Pune office (Koregaon Park)
  • Willingness to work rotational night shifts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Finance
