Client Reference Data - Product Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive product development for the Client Data Management (CDM) data product in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Design and implement cross-product operating models to strengthen execution, governance, and scalability.
• Optimize processes and controls to ensure consistent product execution and operational excellence.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and surface new business opportunities.
• Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum practices.
• Engage diverse user groups to understand requirements and deliver measurable user value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services.
• 2+ years of experience specifically within Asset & Wealth Management.
• Proven experience in product development and delivering outcomes across multiple domains.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• High data literacy with the ability to process and analyze large datasets.
• Proficiency with data analysis or visualization tools such as Alteryx, Python, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles (e.g., MDM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience scaling data products within large-scale global organizations.
• Exposure to UI/UX research or design to shape intuitive product experiences.
• Familiarity with digital ecosystem concepts, CRM platforms, or workflow automation.
