Client Recruitment Quality Lead

Responsibilities

• Execute established quality assurance programs to achieve 100% compliance within recruitment operations
• Maintain and enforce operational controls through systematic auditing of recruiter interactions and performance
• Deliver real-time feedback to the Leadership team to drive immediate performance improvement
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to identify deviations and ensure consistent adherence to standards
• Implement governance protocols to maintain consistency and fairness across all recruitment interactions
• Utilize automated auditing systems and quality assurance tools to maintain high standards at scale
• Integrate candidate and hiring manager feedback to validate quality standards
• Monitor funnel metrics to ensure optimization targets are met
• Champion a quality-first mindset across teams to transform quality assurance into a core culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or operational excellence
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment operations
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining compliance standards and achieving error-free execution
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and recruitment processes/metrics
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and technology
• Experience in audit execution and reporting
• Expertise in coaching and performance improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Quality Management certification
