Client Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects and programs on the Enterprise Payment Platform, including planning, governance, and reporting
• Manage project constraints including time, cost, quality, and scope while mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across the software development life cycle, including design, build, test, and implementation
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Fiserv and client organizations
• Manage commercial aspects of project delivery, including financial tracking and contractual considerations
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and tools to evolve the EPP delivery methodology

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale projects or programs in a commercial environment for external clients
• Proven experience with the project life cycle, including scope management, change control, and delivery governance
• Experience delivering high-value, fixed-price projects with responsibility for project commercials and financial performance
• Experience coordinating with technical development teams and managing delivery dependencies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the payments industry or delivering payment platforms to financial institutions
• Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Clarity and Jira
• Background in client-facing consulting or program management for complex technology implementations
