Client Programme Manager/Sr Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and programmes within agreed time, cost, and quality/scope constraints
• Manage day-to-day commercials, client relationships, and project delivery
• Lead and coordinate teams across the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, build, test, and implementation
• Establish and develop productive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Fiserv and client organizations
• Manage changes in business priorities, project scope, resources, and timing
• Lead commercial negotiations and drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies
• Manage virtual and matrixed project teams to ensure high performance and value-add

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Payments industry
• Deep expertise in managing SDLC and Agile delivery
• Experience with project and programme delivery commercial responsibilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives
• Ability to work effectively with remotely based development teams and manage under ambiguity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Clarity or JIRA is desirable
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, or Cloud deployment is a plus
