Client Presentation and Global Content Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global team of 8–12 content professionals, driving performance, coaching, and career development
• Act as the Seismic Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive adoption, optimization, and governance of the platform
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of client presentations and global content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to translate requirements into scalable content solutions
• Implement robust process governance, quality control, and risk management mechanisms to ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to mature the team into a self-sufficient global delivery unit

Requirements

• 6–7 years of experience in Content Management, Sales Enablement, or Client Presentation within Financial Services or Asset Management
• 3–4 years of formal people management experience leading teams of 8–12 personnel
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Seismic and Salesforce, including platform administration and content architecture
• Proven experience driving change management and transformation initiatives in a global environment
• Strong understanding of asset management products, institutional sales processes, and financial regulations
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
