Client Portfolio Leader

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key decision-makers within client organizations and across Amex GBT
• Identify and recommend business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Lead and develop a team of consultants and analyst resources, supporting their career management and training
• Create master consulting frameworks, best practices, and delivery models to enhance the company's value proposition
• Manage project engagements to ensure they are executed on-time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards
• Provide sales support through the production of pitch decks, statements of work, and customer case studies

Requirements

• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on driving growth and results
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary and cross-functional global teams
• Strategic and innovative thinker capable of tackling complex competitive challenges
• Strong project management expertise and experience leading data-driven businesses
• Experience in business development, including pitch generation and executive reviews
• Ability to travel as required by the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting or Procurement Consulting
• Strong background in Travel Commodity Management
