Client Partner

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with senior financial services stakeholders, including C-suite executives, CIOs, and CDOs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them balance innovation with regulatory requirements and operational resilience.
• Own commercial performance across a client portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and long-term growth planning.
• Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling Valtech’s end-to-end services in digital experience, data, AI, and enterprise technology.
• Lead new business pursuits by developing winning strategies, proposals, and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with delivery leaders to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction for complex transformation programmes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, fintech, payments, or wealth management).
• Proven track record of owning and growing multi-million pound client portfolios.
• Extensive experience building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments, digital platforms, data governance, and security considerations.
• Knowledge of emerging trends such as AI, open banking, embedded finance, and platform modernisation.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence skills.
