Client Partner, TMT

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client relationship for major Telco and Media accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to CXOs and technical leaders.
• Drive strategic digital transformation and enterprise analytics roadmaps aligned with client revenue and growth goals.
• Lead the solutioning and delivery of high-impact AI/ML initiatives, ensuring scalable and production-ready outcomes.
• Manage global, cross-functional teams to deliver complex analytical projects on time and with high quality.
• Partner with commercial leadership to identify new business opportunities, lead RFPs, and drive organic account growth.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
• 15+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related strategic consulting roles.
• Proven expertise in the Telco and Media domains with a track record of delivering analytical solutions.
• Experience working within client-owned and non-standard technology stacks, building trust with internal engineering teams.
• Strong cloud-native proficiency across major hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of AI/ML techniques, including time series forecasting, regression, and propensity modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Familiarity with frontier models like Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Experience leading large-scale, high-volume data infrastructure projects.
