About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a client portfolio of approximately $8-10M, driving account expansion and maintaining accountability for profitability, revenue, and utilization.
- Identify opportunities for the growth and maturation of Slalom offerings within the Greater Philadelphia market.
- Provide oversight and governance for managed engagements, ensuring delivery quality, appropriate staffing, and utilization management.
- Drive business development efforts, including opportunity shaping, SOW creation, and RFP responses.
- Partner with clients to influence strategic direction and identify ways Slalom can help achieve business objectives.
- Lead proposal development, articulating client context, business drivers, and transformation rationale.
- Collaborate with Philadelphia market leadership, capability leads, and cross-market partners.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional consulting experience.
- Proven success owning and growing client portfolios in a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, operating models, and technology transformation.
- Experience leading complex client programs and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Background supporting or leading cloud and modernization efforts, including AWS knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically the ability to build executive-ready materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong ability to craft compelling narratives that translate complex challenges into persuasive business cases.
