Client Partner

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of clients with responsibility for client P&L, success, and delivery
• Set multi-year client strategies and meet revenue and margin targets
• Build and deepen C-suite relationships as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor
• Represent the company at client and industry forums to elevate market presence
• Win complex, high-value deals through strategic negotiation
• Oversee delivery strategy and align outcomes to long-term client goals
• Resolve critical escalations and drive portfolio-wide delivery innovation
• Shape go-to-market strategies including pipeline planning and forecasting
• Mentor Associate Partners and Directors to build leadership pipelines
• Create cross-vertical offerings and contribute to the innovation roadmap

Requirements

• 15+ years in consulting, digital, or technology services
• Senior ownership of enterprise portfolios or verticals with P&L accountability
• Proven record of multi-million-dollar growth and complex deal wins
• Experience sustaining executive (VP/C-suite) relationships
• Depth in digital product, cloud, data/AI, and experience design
• Operational mastery in forecasting, pricing, utilization, and margin management
• Experience leading globally distributed delivery (onshore/offshore)
• Demonstrated market presence through speaking, publishing, or alliances
• Flexibility for regular travel
