About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with senior stakeholders, CXOs, and agency teams across key Meta customers in CPG, Auto, and D2C verticals
- Drive adoption of Meta advertising, messaging, and AI solutions to meet client marketing and business objectives
- Analyze industry trends to shape long-term client charters and articulate the value of Meta's product suite
- Prospect and partner with media agencies and WhatsApp BSPs by building relationships with key decision-makers
- Create and deliver compelling propositions using industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients
- Ensure high-quality sales and operational customer service, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and/or sales within digital-first or complex, iconic brand-led businesses
- Proven experience in communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data storytelling to inform business strategy
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and maintaining significant and complex professional relationships
- Deep knowledge of media, online advertising, and agency ecosystems
- Ability to thrive and maintain learning agility in a fast-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
- Ongoing AI skill development, including prompt engineering or agent orchestration
- Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices
- Background in Brand marketing, Media, OTT, or Consumer technology businesses
