Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, providing high-level strategic consulting
- Identify untapped business needs within existing accounts to propose and close new workstreams
- Provide high-level oversight of project health and technical execution alignment
- Participate in technical and architectural discussions to ensure optimal ROI
- Lead contract renewals, scope negotiations, and resource planning
- Navigate complex technical and business roadblocks as an advocate for both client and internal teams
- Proactively advise clients on emerging technology trends
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation
- Hybrid background in software engineering/development and account management/business development
- Proven ability to grow account revenue and manage P&L/budgets
- Experience influencing C-suite or VP-level stakeholders in enterprise environments
- Strong ability to translate complex technical jargon into business language
