Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, providing high-level strategic consulting
  • Identify untapped business needs within existing accounts to propose and close new workstreams
  • Provide high-level oversight of project health and technical execution alignment
  • Participate in technical and architectural discussions to ensure optimal ROI
  • Lead contract renewals, scope negotiations, and resource planning
  • Navigate complex technical and business roadblocks as an advocate for both client and internal teams
  • Proactively advise clients on emerging technology trends

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation
  • Hybrid background in software engineering/development and account management/business development
  • Proven ability to grow account revenue and manage P&L/budgets
  • Experience influencing C-suite or VP-level stakeholders in enterprise environments
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical jargon into business language
