Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption and value realization by ensuring users maximize the Hebbia platform
• Support customers in prompt engineering and template building tailored to unique workflows
• Triage customer needs and coordinate cross-functionally to remove blockers
• Track account health and usage trends to generate executive-ready insights
• Build trust-based relationships with users and senior stakeholders at financial institutions
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow revenue, contributing to renewals and expansions
• Stay informed on AI trends and LLM applications within financial services

Requirements

• Meaningful experience in enterprise SaaS customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting)
• Exposure to financial services customers or workflows
• Strong ownership mindset and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in prompt engineering or experience with low-/no-code tools
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to end users and executives
• Ability to work in person 5 days per week in the NYC office

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a portfolio of 10+ key SaaS accounts in Financial Services
• Proven track record of exceeding NRR numbers and driving upsell opportunities
• Experience building or scaling AM or CS functions at high-growth SaaS companies
