About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise Healthcare and Pharma clients, owning the full lifecycle from pursuit through delivery.
  • Grow and deepen Slalom’s footprint within assigned Philadelphia-based Healthcare accounts.
  • Partner with client leaders to influence strategic business and technology direction.
  • Own revenue responsibility of approximately $4-6M+ across assigned accounts and maintain accountability for financial performance.
  • Drive business development efforts, including opportunity shaping, SOW creation, and deal execution.
  • Provide executive oversight and governance for sold and managed engagements to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Maintain a utilization target of at least 40% while balancing client leadership and account growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing enterprise-scale accounts.
  • Deep experience leading engagements and teams across the full project lifecycle.
  • Success managing senior client relationships within large, complex pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Experience being accountable for account financial performance, including revenue and profitability targets.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory, operational, and technology complexities within the pharma industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
