Client Partner - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a $40M Healthcare portfolio with a focus on payer and provider clients
• Drive 50% year-over-year revenue growth through account planning and whitespace mapping
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives to drive strategic transformation
• Partner with sales and consulting teams on RFPs, solution shaping, and pricing discussions
• Oversee delivery excellence, ensuring high quality, timeliness, and value realization across engagements
• Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders in account management and delivery

Requirements

• 15-20 years of professional experience, with significant expertise in the Healthcare domain
• Deep understanding of US healthcare payer and provider business models and operational processes
• Proven track record of managing large, complex client portfolios and multi-workstream delivery
• Strong experience in presales, solutioning, and converting strategic opportunities into engagements
• Bachelor's degree is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on background in analytics, data science, or technology-led business transformation
• Experience working in consulting or high-growth analytics environments
