Client Partner - FS&I

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with senior financial services stakeholders, including C-suite executives, CIOs, and CDOs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to help clients balance innovation with regulatory requirements and operational resilience.
• Own commercial performance across a client portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and long-term growth planning.
• Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling digital experience, data, AI, and enterprise transformation services.
• Lead new business pursuits by developing winning strategies, proposals, and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with delivery leaders to ensure high-quality execution and provide strategic oversight for complex programmes.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, fintech, or wealth management.
• Proven track record in account management with experience owning and growing multi-million pound portfolios.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in complex, regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of regulatory environments, digital platforms, data governance, and security considerations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organisation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of industry trends such as open banking, embedded finance, AI, and platform modernisation.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-year digital transformation programmes.
