Client Partner - FS&I

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with senior financial services stakeholders, including C-suite executives, CIOs, and CDOs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them balance innovation with regulatory requirements and operational resilience.
• Own commercial performance across a client portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and long-term growth planning.
• Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling digital experience, data, AI, and enterprise transformation services.
• Lead account planning and strategic prioritization to align internal multidisciplinary teams with client objectives.
• Partner with delivery leaders to ensure high-quality execution and provide strategic oversight for complex transformation programs.

Requirements

• Deep expertise working with financial services clients (banking, insurance, fintech, or wealth management).
• Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million pound client portfolios.
• Extensive experience in C-suite relationship management within complex, regulated environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in strategic account planning and value-led engagement.
• Solid understanding of regulatory environments, data governance, and digital platform security.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of emerging industry trends such as open banking, embedded finance, and platform modernization.
• Experience working within a global matrix organization.
• Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
