Responsibilities

• Lead client portfolio management and foster deep, indispensable partnerships.
• Drive the Breakthrough planning process to create insightful channel strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end client service delivery, including execution and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Identify and convert strategically relevant revenue opportunities to drive agency growth.
• Ensure financial health of accounts through revenue forecasting and profitability management.
• Lead and mentor a large Client Leadership team to foster high performance and retention.
• Lead new business pitches and manage resource planning for optimal efficiency.
