Client Partner, Cross Industry

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of accounts across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Retail/CPG, with accountability for revenue, margin, and utilization targets
• Identify and pursue new opportunities by aligning Slalom’s strategy, technology, and organizational effectiveness capabilities to client priorities
• Lead business development efforts, including shaping deals, developing proposals, and closing new work
• Provide executive oversight across engagements to ensure high-quality delivery, strong outcomes, and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders
• Partner across Slalom practices to bring integrated, cross-capability solutions to market

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, industry leadership, or a combination of both
• Proven track record of building and growing a multi-million-dollar book of business
• Deep experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and/or Retail/CPG sectors
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
• Expertise in digital transformation, technology enablement, or business strategy
• Strong business acumen, including financial management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
