Client Partner, Civilian

Responsibilities

• Lead the full federal sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, capture strategy, and deal closure.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with agency missions and technology modernization goals.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to executive-level federal decision-makers and acquisition stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to federal customers regarding connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud, and advanced network services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, solutions architecture, and proposal management teams.
• Maintain deep knowledge of federal procurement processes, including IDIQs, GWACs, and BPAs.
• Mentor junior members of the federal sales team and serve as a subject-matter expert.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required; must meet GSA HPSD 12 clearance standards.
• 8–10+ years of experience in complex federal sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets within Civilian agencies.
• Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes, funding mechanisms, and procurement cycles.
• Experience in telecom, broadband, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology services.
• Strong existing relationships within targeted federal agencies (e.g., DHS, DOJ, VA, HHS, USDA).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience navigating large, matrixed federal organizations.
