About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full account strategy, growth execution, and P&L
- Identify and close new business opportunities across the client portfolio
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Negotiate pricing and engagement structures to achieve healthy margins
- Drive client satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders from VP to C-suite
- Represent the voice of the client internally to delivery teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client management or business development within data-driven marketing, analytics, or data services
- Minimum of 5 years focused on the TMT sector, specifically telecommunications and ISP
- Established network of senior relationships across telecom and ISP organizations
- Fluency in data and analytics use cases like churn reduction and customer lifetime value modeling
- Proven track record of growing accounts and expanding scope
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel to client locations as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Big 4 or top-tier management consulting background
- Experience building business cases and ROI narratives for finance-oriented stakeholders
