Client Ops Associate II (AVP) - Billing Operations

Responsibilities

• Own timely fee billing setup, workflow case management, and efficient closure of inquiries within standard SLAs.
• Analyze client fee schedules and apply them accurately to the billing platform.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Relationship Management, and Client Service to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Identify new product price points and coordinate new code development with Billing Technology support teams.
• Manage the Advantage suspense file and Management Information System (MIS).
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce manual processes and enhance client experience.
• Partner with Risk Management to ensure adequate risk mitigation strategies are implemented and followed.
• Escalate potential issues timely to ensure appropriate controls and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Financial/Banking/BPO industry, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in stakeholder management and escalation handling.
• Proven ability to lead and direct projects and meetings, with the ability to influence senior professionals.
• Strong organizational and task management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
