Client Ops Associate I - Billing Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage timely fee billing setup, workflow case management, and inquiry resolution for Corporate & Investment Banking product lines.
• Analyze client fee schedules and apply them accurately to the billing platform.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Relationship Management, and Client Service to ensure invoices reflect agreed fee structures.
• Identify new product price points and coordinate new code development with the Billing Technology support team.
• Provide support to the Billing Services inquiry management team and clear suspense files.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve client experience.
• Partner with Risk Management to ensure adequate risk mitigation strategies are followed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Financial/Banking/BPO industry, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence peers, and communicate with senior management.
• Flexibility to work EMEA shift hours (2pm-11pm or 3pm-12am PHT) with occasional APAC hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business.
• Previous experience with Billing Operations, Securities Services, Brokerage, or Custody Operations.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, SQL, or MS Access.
