About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end client onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience across various products and platforms.
  • Contribute to the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions using anti-fraud awareness strategies.
  • Support the implementation of automation initiatives and apply knowledge of systems architecture to enhance operations.
  • Participate in the change management process, aiding in strategic communications and stakeholder impact mitigation.
  • Utilize active listening and questioning skills to effectively address client inquiries and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

  • Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in client service operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strategic planning principles in a business context.
  • Familiarity with anti-fraud strategies within a banking or financial services environment.
  • Experience with basic systems architecture and automation technologies for operational optimization.
  • Proficiency in active listening and questioning techniques to resolve client issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing client relationships and resolving complex operational challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational processes.
