Client Operations Support

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring all customer enquiries are actioned within agreed timeframes.
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure day-to-day agreed service levels are consistently met.
• Represent Fliway and key accounts in a professional manner at all times.
• Identify and share continuous improvement ideas or opportunities with the Team Leader.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and provide support to other teams as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales role.
• Experience working within the Transport, Logistics, or Freight sectors is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
