Client Operations Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Level 2 support for merchants and internal partners via inbound phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues regarding merchant services, billing, and account details
• Support merchant onboarding by training businesses on Clover POS hardware, terminals, and services
• Assist clients with hardware installation, device activation, and account setup
• Document all customer interactions, account updates, and onboarding progress in real time within CRM systems
• Manage merchant account updates, process refunds, and resolve shipping issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client support or a call center environment
• 2+ years of experience in financial services or the fintech industry
• 2+ years of experience in client account management and handling service requests
• 1-2+ years of experience using CRM tools and ticketing systems
• Fluency in both English and French

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with Fiserv systems or similar financial services platforms
• Experience with onboarding or pre-boarding processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and the Clover platform
• Familiarity with PC software and mainframe applications for accessing customer information
