Client Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and track multi-million dollar client portfolios and engagement arrangements.
• Oversee progress against budgets, identify potential overruns, and develop communication strategies to ensure transparency.
• Facilitate internal and external communication regarding financial arrangements, billing processes, and budget updates.
• Assess time entries and invoices to ensure compliance with firm and client billing guidelines.
• Partner with attorneys and billing teams to establish end-to-end processes for client engagements.
• Coordinate administrative staff supporting matter opening, reporting, and process improvements.
• Implement client-required billing and matter management solutions.
• Develop and deliver training and protocols related to client operations and team management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects or processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Flexibility to comply with Firm in-office policies and work extended hours to meet critical deadlines.
