Client Operations Liaison

Responsibilities

• Lead market and competitor research to qualify opportunities and drive strategic targeting
• Own the end-to-end proposal preparation process, including commercial inputs and final submissions
• Manage account planning, stakeholder mapping, and client engagement to strengthen relationships
• Coordinate service delivery by managing schedules, resources, and communication between internal teams and clients
• Monitor active engagements and track service KPIs to proactively flag potential delivery risks
• Prepare high-quality executive briefs, stakeholder updates, and weekly/monthly leadership reports
• Manage existing partnerships and identify new opportunities to expand strategic capabilities
• Review pricing inputs and track revenue, utilization, and contract progress

Requirements

• Proven Account Management experience within the defence, cybersecurity, or technology sectors
• Strong commercial fluency with a deep understanding of the Business Development (BD) cycle
• High level of operational discipline regarding reporting, proposals, and presentation standards
• Ability to work with extreme discretion and precision in complex, sensitive environments
• Excellent client-facing presence with the ability to build and sustain trust with stakeholders
