About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth implementation, project execution, and immediate product support
- Train clients on product features to maximize utility and value
- Resolve client queries regarding all product aspects via daily, weekly, and monthly collaboration
- Maintain data integrity within CRM and update stakeholders
- Manage NPS, product adoption, change management, and user certification
- Provide structured feedback and product suggestions to senior management
- Monitor service levels and act as the primary contact for complex problem resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or Statistics
- Experience in client operations with enterprise SaaS products (1-6 years for Associate, 3-10 for Manager, 9-18 for AVP)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ticketing Management, CRM, and Postman
- Knowledge of API standards and system integration
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 100% within and between cities
