Client Onboarding Specialist – Investment Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple investment operations activities for a variety of clients
• Communicate efficiently with custodial banks, investment managers, fund managers, and record-keepers
• Respond to requests from internal and external clients for additional information
• Adhere to Professional Excellence principles and risk-management procedures to ensure high-quality, accurate work
• Support the wider Operations team, including Trade Management, Middle Office, and Third-Party Oversight
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships
• Manage work according to strict deadlines and communicate issues to team leads proactively
• Assist with project work, including process documentation, template creation, and data maintenance

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, asset management, or investment operations
• Advanced oral and written proficiency in English
• Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while remaining a cooperative team player
• Proven ability to liaise with third-party organizations and staff at all levels
