About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey from initial purchase through activation and first renewal
- Conduct structured kickoff calls and guide customers through key milestones
- Identify early churn signals and execute retention strategies
- Bridge the gap between sales promises and actual product delivery
- Execute established onboarding playbooks and suggest improvements
- Manage multiple concurrent accounts with high consistency and proactive communication
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing Sales or SDR role
- Proven experience working directly with US or UK customers
- Native or near-native English fluency (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in SaaS, online education, coaching, or agency environments
- Experience transitioning from a sales-heavy role to a relationship-focused role
