Client Onboarding Manager, AVP

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire onboarding life-cycle for new and existing institutional client relationships in North America
• Take full ownership of a pipeline of client onboarding events, including Separate Account launches, Glidepath mandates, and Collective Investment Vehicle fundings
• Work directly with clients, consultants, and OCIO providers to guide deals through the event lifecycle
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal partners in Legal, Operations, KYC, Portfolio Management, and Billing
• Maintain diligent awareness of business risk and take ownership of issues as they arise

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in the investment management industry
• Proven experience working directly with institutional clients
• Strong project leadership skills across multiple internal and external working groups
• Deep knowledge of the institutional asset management industry and various asset classes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment
