About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure and review all client onboarding requests for Custody and Third party accounts
- Conduct independent research to gather and record data from external sources during the onboarding process
- Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for Funds and Clients
- Interact with various internal and external teams to resolve client inquiries and service requests
- Review and answer queries related to trade breaks
- Perform "four-eye" reviews on onboarded accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Execute operational tasks daily and weekly according to strict deadlines
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking
- 4+ years of direct experience in client onboarding
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related financial program
- Strong knowledge of KYC processes and Prime Brokerage business
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Efficient time management skills
