Client Onboarding Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure and review all client onboarding requests for Custody and Third party accounts
• Conduct independent research to gather and record data from external sources during the onboarding process
• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for Funds and Clients
• Interact with various internal and external teams to resolve client inquiries and service requests
• Review and answer queries related to trade breaks
• Perform "four-eye" reviews on onboarded accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Execute operational tasks daily and weekly according to strict deadlines

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking
• 4+ years of direct experience in client onboarding
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related financial program
• Strong knowledge of KYC processes and Prime Brokerage business
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Efficient time management skills
