Client Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build client-facing collateral including pitch decks, talk tracks, and supporting materials to drive employer adoption.
• Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to support client meetings and manage enrollment goals.
• Support member enrollment campaigns by reviewing marketing communications for quality and managing client approval queues.
• Track campaign performance by pulling enrollment data and sharing actionable insights with clients to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role (B2B, health tech, or SaaS experience preferred).
• Proven experience collaborating with and presenting directly to clients.
• Experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Growth, and Implementation teams.
• Strong organizational skills and a curiosity-driven approach to using emerging tools like AI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Looker, Amplitude, Asana, Adobe Express, Figma, Salesforce, or Iterable.
• Previous experience working at a digital health or employee benefits company.
• Knowledge of employer benefits communications or open enrollment cycles.
