Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep knowledge of client business, market share, and competitors
• Develop and manage strong, enduring relationships with key client contacts
• Lead the delivery of media planning recommendations using agency and industry tools
• Manage client briefs end-to-end from comprehension to final delivery
• Coordinate across internal strategy, channel specialists, and product teams
• Contribute to innovation by applying market insights and emerging trends
• Monitor campaign status and proactively resolve issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a media agency or similar environment
• Hands-on involvement in media planning across multiple channels
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, scheduling, and performance measurement
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative working style within cross-functional teams
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency with industry tools and data platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting media recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with WPP Media tools or equivalent agency technology ecosystems
• Involvement in award submissions or case study development
• Exposure to multiple client categories or verticals
