About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the DTCM portal, including new unit permits, cancellations, and related documentation
  • Oversee the keyless smart lock system for all properties
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to review, save, and distribute monthly reports to property owners
  • Maintain the insurance list for all properties and communicate with insurance providers
  • Maintain regular communication with property owners via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email
  • Coordinate with the internal team and housekeeping manager to resolve complaints and apartment issues
  • Remain available to respond to emergencies outside of standard office hours

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Russian (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent situations
  • Professional and proactive attitude with high attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in-office 6 days a week and maintain availability for emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DTCM processes and property management systems
