Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in service delivery and manage staffing, resources, and technology across assigned sites
• Oversee financial stewardship including P&L management, payroll, billing, and budget forecasting
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular business reviews and acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead and develop multi-level teams, conducting performance evaluations and reducing turnover
• Enforce operational compliance, policies, and SLAs while managing vendor partnerships
• Design and deliver innovative workplace experience strategies and oversee coordinators

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 7–10+ years in relationship management and operational leadership
• Multi-site management experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to coach and develop frontline managers
• High proficiency in business technology
• Ability to lift/move 40+ lbs and push carts up to 60 lbs
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Program or Project Management experience
• Experience interacting with C-suite leaders
• Industry-related experience
