Client Manager, Sponsorship & Consultancy

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a key point of contact for account connections.
• Lead global workstreams for F1 show car and gaming rig programmes.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, including partnership rights, merchandise, and campaign planning.
• Manage activation budgets and report on the commercial performance of client responsibilities.
• Support the delivery of on-ground activations and seasonal campaign moments.
• Mentor and coach direct reports, providing regular feedback and performance objectives.
• Participate in new business proposals and pitch processes to drive growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within Formula 1 is essential.
• Strong knowledge of sponsorships and partnerships within the F1 landscape.
• Proven experience in marketing, whether from an agency, client, or rights-holder perspective.
• Demonstrated expertise in sports, music, or entertainment activation programmes.
• Exceptional project management and client servicing skills.
• Experience in brand ambassador management.
• Ability to think strategically and logically to deliver best-in-class solutions.
