Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and close renewal opportunities with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve or exceed targeted revenue
• Demonstrate the business value of LexisNexis products by identifying account issues and needs
• Maintain high-quality customer experience through consistent and effective contact
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy teams to provide market feedback
• Educate customers using thought leadership and expert market knowledge

Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B sales or customer service environment
• Demonstrated success in customer retention and growing existing accounts
• Results and target-driven mindset with a self-motivated aptitude
• Excellent communication, time management, and planning skills
• Ability to leverage data and insights to spot and close commercial opportunities
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
