About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and close renewal opportunities with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve or exceed targeted revenue
- Demonstrate the business value of LexisNexis products by identifying account issues and needs
- Maintain high-quality customer experience through consistent and effective contact
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy teams to provide market feedback
- Educate customers using thought leadership and expert market knowledge
Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or customer service environment
- Demonstrated success in customer retention and growing existing accounts
- Results and target-driven mindset with a self-motivated aptitude
- Excellent communication, time management, and planning skills
- Ability to leverage data and insight to spot and close commercial opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
