Client Manager - Municipal

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with municipal clients across the Region of Peel and/or Region of Waterloo
• Deliver complex infrastructure projects within the transit, heavy civil, and municipal sectors
• Act in a hands-on "seller-doer" capacity, combining project leadership with business development
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support proposals for upcoming work
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in the infrastructure sector
• Direct experience working with the Region of Peel and/or Region of Waterloo (required)
• Proven track record in project management and client relationship management
• Professional experience in transit, heavy civil, or municipal infrastructure projects
