Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Lines Service Teams through expert interaction via AMS, email, phone, and in-person
• Monitor and prioritize workload to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Assist Account Managers with client-facing work products including Auto ID Cards, Claim Reporting Instructions, and Premium & Loss Summaries
• Process endorsements, invoicing, and renewal applications
• Manage documentation such as MVRs, loss runs, and experience mod ordering
• Upload and build folders in the client-facing portal and perform policy quick checks
• Execute special projects as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Strong computer proficiency
• Ability to work onsite within an IMA office
• Ability to attain and maintain professional designations or licenses
• Willingness to travel limited amounts (less than 25%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Up to two years of related experience in the insurance sector
• Experience using Epic
