Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients to drive operational efficiency and high-quality customer experiences.
• Prepare for and participate in Business Reviews and Monthly Market Updates.
• Define customer operational KPIs to ensure service compliance and satisfaction.
• Maintain and update SOPs in alignment with customer needs and operational teams.
• Build trusting relationships through high-quality execution and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage revenue effectively through cost optimization and rate adjustments based on customer segmentation.
• Perform shipment audits to ensure compliance with agreed-upon SOPs.
• Identify new business opportunities by staying informed about customer industry trends.
• Represent digital solutions by applying technology and analytics to customer strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI and an analytical mindset for data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
