About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients to drive operational efficiency and high-quality customer experiences.
- Prepare for and participate in Business Reviews and Monthly Market Updates.
- Define customer operational KPIs to ensure service compliance and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update SOPs in alignment with customer needs and operational teams.
- Build trusting relationships through high-quality execution and proactive issue resolution.
- Manage revenue effectively through cost optimization and rate adjustments based on customer segmentation.
- Perform shipment audits to ensure compliance with agreed-upon SOPs.
- Identify new business opportunities by staying informed about customer industry trends.
- Represent digital solutions by applying technology and analytics to customer strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry.
- Ability to travel up to 15% domestically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power BI and an analytical mindset for data-driven insights.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
