About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive retention, profitability, and revenue growth for a diverse portfolio of middle and large market Business Travel clients across Australia.
- Create and execute winning client strategies through internal account plans and regular business reviews.
- Develop meaningful client recommendations that quantify value, project savings, and identify premium revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage contract renewals in alignment with profit objectives.
- Build and maintain key relationships with C-level decision makers and procurement directors.
- Manage client risk through proactive retention strategies and bidding processes.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, CMS, and Advisory teams to resolve issues and drive new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven client management background with strong travel sector knowledge and product expertise.
- Demonstrated success in C-level negotiations and proposal/renewal management.
- High commercial acumen and strong analytical skills for opportunity analysis.
- Superior communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Experience working with procurement and finance directors.
- Strong account planning and client strategy development capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with excellent time management.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to VIC, NSW, or QLD.
