Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain front-line staff, including Security Officers, Field Supervisors, and Operations Managers.
• Utilize AI technology and Business Intelligence platforms to monitor financial and operational metrics.
• Drive operational efficiency by optimizing employee schedules and minimizing non-billed overtime.
• Oversee client performance metrics, including budget management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by addressing security needs and managing crises.
• Establish a culture of safety by developing action plans to prevent work-related injuries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of management experience, OR
• Associate's degree with 3 years of management experience, OR
• High School diploma with 5 years of management experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience driving operational goals.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in law enforcement, military, or contract security services.
• Experience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operation.
• Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for metrics analysis and reporting.
