About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Management team, providing guidance and coaching to team members.
- Oversee outbound communication staff via chat, email, and phone to improve operational efficiency and performance.
- Provide regular training and feedback to help members achieve goals in lead discovery and customer conversion.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet organizational objectives and drive customer experience.
- Plan and manage special projects and analyze customer data to derive optimal approaches and improvements.
- Review and optimize team processes to balance high service quality with business results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in individual sales or client management.
- Proven experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Experience in outbound sales or customer service.
- Experience in the financial industry or personal investment experience.
- Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outbound operations within a call center environment.
- Possession of a Class 1 Securities Sales Representative qualification (証券外務員一種).
