Client Management Fall Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process new account openings, closures, product set-ups, and maintenance requests for GTB clients
• Action client inquiries and requests related to GTB products and services
• Provide operational support to Analysts, Associates, and Relationship Managers regarding client issues
• Analyze and extract key data to support strategic initiatives and client self-sufficiency

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related program
• Currently in your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of studies
• Returning to school after December 2026 (or requiring the term as a mandatory graduation component)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cross-border payments
• High-level understanding of corporate cash management products and services
• Previous experience in financial services or a broad understanding of banking products
