Client Management Director

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client satisfaction and value delivery across multiple customer accounts
• Build long-term relationships at executive and operational levels to ensure successful implementations
• Resolve project issues regarding timeline, budget, and scope through deep customer empathy
• Lead steering committee meetings with client executives to resolve program trade-offs and educate them on o9 offerings
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to project teams
• Manage financial aspects including profit, margin, pricing, and monthly revenue forecasting
• Support sales cycles by presenting delivery methodologies and creating Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, platform, and marketing) to resolve technical or capability constraints

Requirements

• 3+ years of business consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience managing complex technology deployment programs using Agile methodology
• Expertise in the planning and digital transformation space (e.g., demand, supply, or assortment planning)
• Deep industry knowledge in sectors such as Retail, Consumer Products, Automotive, or Semiconductor
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and credibility
• Bachelor's degree in operations research, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
